When I got up the other morning the rain had started and a fine mist had made a beautiful rainbow!
Awesome!
Today is Friday, the day I look forward too all week, the day our bladder gets pumped out. Now the bladder is under the bunk, so we sleep on poo.. I had to take out the drawer that goes there because when the bladder (coined "the pig") gets full I can not close it. I watch it like a hawk and tell Pierre, "the pig is getting full" he looks at me quizzically and shakes his head!
Anyway, the poo sucker boat comes to us on Fridays, they go all over the anchorage, so each boat has it's "Poo Sucking Day". When he is all huge and big I worry about leakage, I feel so much better after "the pig" is all flat and skinny! Well.. someone has look out for that sort of thing, who knew life on a boat could be so much fun!
I know this is going to to sound sad to some of ya'll, but the shopping around here is very limited and there is NO Walmart. As much as I HATE Walmart, I miss it!! (sorry)!
SO.. since we are fixin to leave the ol U.S.of A. I really need to do a Walmart run.. for fun stuff like,
toilet paper, tooth paste, and the like, we asked a wonderful lady in the mooring field (her boyfriend has a van) could we do a Walmart run?
Sunday morning we are all going to pile into the van and drive up to Homestead, I can not believe how excited I am ;) (sad huh?) but it's the small things in life! I am going to be like a dog and stick
my head out the window!! Ha
