We left the Dry Tortugas Wed morning and started for the Keys, after a 12hr sail, and a crab buoy watch, there are tons of them everywhere!! we anchored up behind an island close to Key West, about 20 miles away. The next morning before we left Pierre was checking the engine and we found a oil leak, so that had to be fixed first! Then off we went, it only took us about 4hrs to reach the Keys and we found a nice anchorage and went ashore to check it out! Lots of people!! Lots of partys! Last night I went to bed around 11pm and I could still hear the singing and partying! Today we took the dink to the dinky dock to look for a West Marine and check out Key West!
